All items at Pérenne Collection are final sale. Due to the unique and antique nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from how it was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and assist you with next steps.
